YouShare currently functions as a directory and embeds videos served by independent publishers. Individual videos may have separate producers, custodians, and recordkeeping notices. YouShare is not providing a performer-records custodian name or location for those third-party productions on this page.

Legal obligations
U.S. federal law, including 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and implementing regulations, can require certain producers of sexually explicit depictions to verify performers' ages, maintain records, and provide required statements.
Whether a particular platform or activity is subject to these rules depends on its role and the content. This page does not claim an exemption, certify compliance, or substitute for any required producer or records-custodian statement.
